            This quote is stating that we as human beings are never content with what we have in life that we are always wanting more and more. I also feel like that she is saying that we are killing the world trying to get all the good from it, she does not say its just one type of persons it is all of us as humans. When she says, “ It’s no wonder there are wars…” I feel that she is saying that the only reason we go to wars is to try and be better than everyone else or that we are trying to take what the other country has to offer, I agree with this quote on everything except for the ending about why there is wars, I feel greed has something to do with most but there are those exceptions where wars is necessary in order to better the lives of the people living in those countries.

            The ending was not what I expected because I thought that they were going to leave the forest completely and start a different life in the city with more people, but I believe it is the right ending because they have already proven that they can survive on their own. 

Arizona's immigration law

I do not feel that the Arizona Immigration Law is fair, it is unjust because it is straight up attacking one group of people I feel that by passing this law we are basically giving the right to the police officers to be racist towards people who look like they are illegal. I feel that if we are going to give them the right to do this we might as well let the pull people over who look like rapist or murders or even like drug dealers, is this not the same we would catch more criminals this way just like we are going to find more illegal’s by pulling people over who look like them. I feel like this law is only going to affect Arizona’s economy people are going to drift away from visiting for vacationing.

Anti-bias Rules

Should everyone at public colleges be forced to follow anti-bias rules? More specifically, should student groups have the right to restrict membership based on their beliefs?

I do not believe that public colleges should force anti-bias rules upon the clubs, I feel that it takes away from allowing the clubs to be run independently by the students. I feel that if the school wants to force these anti-bias rules they should be the ones responsible for putting the clubs together and making sure that they run smoothly. I believe that the each individual club should be able to deny membership someone who does not share the same views as the group does, or as in this example where the Christian Group is not allowing lesbian and gay people in the group. I say that it is okay because one of the core believes of Christian is that homosexuality is not allowed for any reason. McConnell Said that “the Christian Legal Society is seeking only to deny membership based on applicants' beliefs, not on their race.” I feel that this is how every club should be allowed to run as long as they are not discriminating to a person because of their race or because of their social or economic background.

LIES!

Do we expect people to lie to us?  What would our world be like if no one lied?

I believe that we do expect others to lie to us about the little things like if we look good or if they like the way we changed our hair. I feel that if we tell someone that we don't like the way that they dress or the way they did their make up it would really hurt their feelings. I believe that if no one in the world were to lie then people feelings would be hurt all the time, I also feel that no one would have friends because they would be to honest to each other and really hurt one another feelings. I feel that the world would be a less happier place then it is already.

What Does Freedom of Speech Mean For Us the People?

I feel that since these corporations have gained the right of freedom of speech and allowing not putting a limit to what the corporations are allowed to contribute to politic is going to corrupt our political system. I feel that now that these massive corporations now have the rights that we will no longer have a say in the way we want our government to function, I now feel that our insects will be but on the back burner because the political parties are going to be focusing more on the needs that the corporations are requesting. After all they are the ones that are going to invest huge amounts of money to these political parties now. As President Obama called it “a major victory for big oil, Wall Street banks, health insurance companies and the other powerful interests that marshal their power every day in Washington to drown out the voices of everyday Americans.” I feel that the people that were for this law were not taking in mind the way that this decision is going to effect the majority of our population the only ones that they were considering is them selves and how much more money they could be making.

GROUP WORK.......

I believe that working in groups is very beneficial because not all the pressure of getting the work done is on you and you can share the responsibilities of the assignment. I believe that another benefit of working is that we can share ideas and come up with the best possible work. I believe that in groups it’s also easier to work because you have people with different abilities and strengths as you. The only disadvantage there is to working in groups is when you get in a group with people you don’t get along with, because all you will be doing is arguing about everything.

Home?

I consider my home to be a place where all the people who are important to me are present. My home is a place where I can let my guard down and simply just be myself with out the fear of being judged or criticized. My home is a place where I feel the most comfortable in. My home is not only just a place but it is a group of people a group of people that no matter what mistake I happened to make I know they will always have my back and my best interest in mind. This is what I consider to be a home.
